An Architectural Improvement Form should be completed when any external improvements are made to your home (e.g. changing paint colors or building a new shed).
Submit the form to sc_schoa@yahoo.com for
ARB approval.
A Temporary Breach Form should be completed if homeowners breach the covenants or bylaws for longer than 48 hours (e.g. preparing a boat for weekend use or a moving trailer as you move into your new home).
Submit the form to sc_schoa@yahoo.com to notify the Board of this temporary deviation.
Mailbox Paint Information
Every mailbox in the neighborhood is painted the same color. This swatch has the color combination used to mix the green color of our mailboxes. If you would like to change the mailbox at your home, please submit an Architectural Improvement Form (above) to the Architectural Review Board for approval.
