Our Story
Built and established in 2004, Sweetwater Creek Subdivision is a small, quiet, residential community located in Canton, Georgia consisting of just 42 large custom built homes.
Each home sits on 1+ acre with plenty of mature trees providing the privacy and space to enjoy the quiet outdoors. We are within walking distance to Lake Allatoona where we can enjoy the beach, camping, boating, and other recreational activities.
We are an easy 40 mile drive to downtown Atlanta. If you're interested in country living at affordable pricing, Sweetwater Creek is the place to be.
Our Board
The Board members of Sweetwater Creek HOA are current Homeowners. The Board is comprised of Elected Positions, Members at Large, an Architectural Review Board (ARB), and a Community Committee.
